Returns & Refund Policy

At Anar, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, please review the policy below before requesting a return.


Final Sale & Shipping Fees

  • All items purchased on sale, with a discount code, or as part of a promotional offer are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for store credit only, within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original packaging with all tags attached

  • Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns, deducted from the total value of the store credit issued.


How to Start a Return

To begin your return, please email support@anarscarves.com with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Return tracking number

Store credit will be processed once your return is received and inspected at Anar HQ. Please allow time for processing.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We do not provide return shipping labels for domestic or international orders.

  • ANAR is not responsible for:

    • Return shipping fees

    • Customs charges

    • Lost or undelivered return packages


Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • Orders placed after 4 PM EDT on Fridays will be processed the next business day.

  • During peak seasons or major launches, processing times may be longer.


Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders cannot be canceled once processed.

  • To request a change (item swap or shipping address), please email us immediately at support@anarscarves.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to update your order before it ships.
